Safety Standard E Upgrade

Zaenex executed a critical circuit architecture redesign for the 1200CX Wall Robotics system, successfully upgrading compliance from Safety Standard D to the more stringent Safety Standard E.

Engineering Solution

The solution implemented a dual-redundancy sensing architecture using two independent high-precision pressure sensors. The embedded system applies voting logic to cross-validate data and detect anomalies deterministically.

In case of any discrepancy, a failsafe supervisor circuit initiates an immediate hard-wired shutdown, ensuring complete operator safety.
